Calon Tempeh is a small, independent Cardiff-based producer bringing the traditional art of tempeh-making to Wales. We create artisanal fermented soyabean foods locally, with a focus on delicious flavour, quality ingredients and the versatility of this nutritious plant-based protein. Our range includes fresh tempeh, crispy tempeh chips and a growing selection of tempeh-based products. Tempeh is a naturally fermented food with a firm texture and nutty flavour, making it a delicious and versatile addition to everyday meals.
