I make and sell Pies and savoury swirl pastries, I started my business in 2023 originally named the Gower Bakehouse, it all stated when my customers from the shop I was employed at started to ask when I was going to go out on my own making my own Pies…. I had never taken it into consideration before then, but from that point onwards it’s all I could think of, so within 1 month The Gower Bakehouse was up and running, since then I have built up my regular markets and now do wholesale for a number of local businesses. The name change came about in January of 2025 when after we had moved to a new address to Carmarthen and felt I could no longer keep the “Gower” name.

I love what I do, I love working with other small businesses and meeting fantastic people along the way, I have met some incredible people that have really shaped and made my self employment journey, since staring my business myself and my girlfriend Chelsea have had a successful round of IVF and have welcomed our daughter into the world and there is nothing more rewarding than knowing I am building something for her and supporting our little family.
