About

Riverside Market is the original Cardiff Farmers' Market and can be found weekly opposite Principality Stadium. The market is widely recognised as one of the key food attractions in the Welsh capital, for local residents and visitors alike. The Market follows the bank of the River Taff - a perfect location for a true local food market.

Riverside Market was launched in 1998 by a group of local food enthusiasts in a small park in the heart of the Riverside community, the Market has grown to become on of the best known farmers' markets in the U.K.

The market is a showcase for some of the best food producers in Wales as well as a key part of the Riverside community, so why not pop down for breakfast on the embankment and pick up some excellent local produce at the same time?

    Where to find us

Riverside Farmers Market is the closest of our markets to the city centre. It can be found on the opposite side of the river embankment to Cardiff's iconic Principality Stadium.

It is just a short walk from parking in the city centre as well as the train station and many city centre bus stops.

Top Tip - The market is located on the Taff Trail, a beautiful cycling and walking path which runs from Brecon to Cardiff. Why not hop on your bike and enjoy a cycle down to get some food!
