Wild Wood is a brand new business founded by local chef and forager Oliver Wood. Wild Wood celebrates the finest ingredients that can be grown or foraged locally throughout the seasons, showcasing them in an array of delicious deli items and imaginative street food dishes cooked over wood fire and charcoal. With a passion for foraging, fermentation and fire, Wild Wood aims to thrill and inspire customers with ingredients and techniques that are often inaccessible. As well as accessibility Wild Wood celebrates inclusivity and where possible looks to cater for special dietary requirements.
