Em's Asian Delight

Hi, I'm Emily, the founder of Em's Asian Delight, an independent Malaysian street food business based in Newport, South Wales. I specialise in authentic Malaysian home-cooked food, bringing the vibrant flavours of Malaysia to local markets and events. Every dish is freshly prepared from scratch by me using traditional recipes, homemade sauces, and fresh ingredients.I started Em's Asian Delight because I wanted to share the food I grew up with and introduce more people to the rich and diverse flavours of Malaysian cuisine. The most rewarding part of running my business is seeing customers return for their favourite dishes and hearing that my food reminds them of home or introduces them to Malaysian food for the very first time.I'm most proud of sharing Malaysia's rich food culture through authentic home cooking. If there's one dish that best represents Em's Asian Delight, it's my Nasi Lemak—Malaysia's national dish. With fragrant coconut rice, homemade sambal, crispy anchovies, roasted peanuts, and traditional accompaniments, it offers a true taste of Malaysia and has become my signature dish.
