My name is Yafiet and I was born in Eritrea and moved to Italy after the death of my father, at the age of 4, where I was brought up. I am extremely passionate about food and my vision is to create an Italian inspired culinary community providing the experience of Italy to incorporate the spirit of Welsh Roots.

All of our pasta is freshly made. We use the very best flour to give a beautiful colour, flavour and bite. We take pride in using the best local ingredients.
