The Cookie Cabin

The Cookie Cabin is a small independent bakery run by the two of us, Hardy and Kate, from our home in Swansea.

We started the business because we love good food and wanted to create cookies that were a little different from what you typically find. Rather than focusing on oversized cookies loaded with toppings, we've spent time developing our own recipes, experimenting with ingredients and finding flavour combinations that really work.

One of the things we enjoy most is meeting customers at markets, hearing their feedback and seeing which flavours become favourites.

If we had to choose one cookie that represents us, it would be our Brown Butter, Sea Salt & Milk Chocolate. It's a fairly simple combination, but the attention we give to each ingredient and the baking process makes all the difference.

We're still a young business, but we're proud of what we've built so far and excited to see where it goes.
