Nesrin Elhaj is the founder and operator of Nesrin Food, a small Cardiff-based street food business specializing in freshly prepared falafel, plant-based wraps, vegan sandwiches, and fresh salads. Inspired by Middle Eastern and Sudanese home cooking traditions, Nesrin aims to bring authentic, flavourful, and handmade plant-based food to local communities. What she enjoys most is cooking fresh food on site and sharing cultural flavours with customers, creating a warm and welcoming experience at every market. She is proud of maintaining high standards of quality, freshness, and sustainability, using recyclable and minimal packaging wherever possible. The falafel wrap is Nesrin Food’s signature product, perfectly representing the business’s ethos of fresh, plant-based, and handmade street food served with care.
