Mighty Pita
I am from Cardiff of mixed heritage. Over the past 10–15 years, I developed an obsession with Middle Eastern and Lebanese cuisine, especially falafel and hummus. I've travelled the world tasting the best examples, exploring flavours, colours, and textures, and tirelessly refining my own recipes to capture that perfect crunch, fluffiness, flavour and moistness! After dreaming about it for years, I finally have the time and opportunity to pour my love and time into this. We serve crunchy, fluffy falafels, fresh salads, homemade sauces, warm pitta breads, creamy hummus, tangy pickles, and couscous – all made with a focus on freshness and uncompromising on standards. What I enjoy most is cooking hands-on and hearing those happy groans when customers take their first bite! I'm especially proud of my falafel, hummus, and signature sauces—the heart of what we do. Our falafel best represents everything: fresh, moist, flavour-packed, and made with love!
