Baking'N'Without Ltd

Baking’N’Without Ltd is a dedicated Gluten-Free Bakery based in Swansea, founded in 2020 out of a personal journey with food allergies. The inspiration came from our son, who was born with multiple allergies to nuts, eggs, sesame seeds, and soya. Like many families, we struggled to find safe, delicious options, so Hind decided to take matters into her own hands.

After completing a Nutrition for Food Allergies and Intolerances course and becoming a qualified Food Therapist, Hind launched Baking’N’Without with one mission: to make life easier and tastier for those with food allergies and intolerances.

With the support of her husband, who brings over 30 years of catering experience, our small bakery has grown into a thriving business. Today, we are not only bake fresh, gluten-free goodness but also bringing Moroccan flavours to any  markets and food festivals we attend , bringing our creations to more people who need them.

To connect with and support the coeliac and allergy community further, we also organise a dedicated Gluten-Free Market in the Gower, Swansea, on the last Sunday of every month.

Our vision goes beyond Swansea: we aim to expand and open more gluten-free bakeries in areas where allergy sufferers are struggling to find safe, delicious options.

At Baking’N’Without, we believe everyone deserves to enjoy food—without compromise.
