Founded by a full-time Psychology student with 18 years of experience working in social services, Knot&Flame is more than a brand—it’s a journey. My background in supporting young people’s mental health fuels my commitment to creating products that nurture calm, presence, and emotional balance.

With a creative flare and a love for all things unique, I use my passion to inspire each small-batch creation. As I work toward a degree in Psychology—on the path to becoming a transpersonal psychologist—Knot&Flame grows as an extension of my purpose: to blend art, aroma, and mental wellness into meaningful daily rituals.
