GF Bake Escape

I make gluten-free cookies, cakes, and waffles and I'm located in Cardiff. I was inspired to start my business after going to Bath Christmas market in 2022. I remember walking around and seeing so many different food stalls, selling all sorts of lovely looking products, but there was not one gluten-free option. I have had coeliac disease since I was 2 1/2, so it is all I've ever known, but it doesn't make it any less disheartening when looking around a market and not being able to eat a single thing. I want to be that option for people. I make products that I would want to see regularly available, so I can brighten someone's day by providing that for them. I am proudest of the feedback I have received from customers. I have been told that they wouldn't have known that the products were gluten free, and that they are the best cakes they have ever tasted. I want to change people's perspective on gluten-free food. People think that because it's gluten free it must be tasteless and disgusting, but they couldn't be any more wrong. While I understand the reputation for gluten free food is poor, I want to change that. My favorite product is the waffle. I've never seen anyone else offer a gluten-free waffle in a market before, and I have had a lot of good feedback from customers.
