I'm a self-taught Welsh baker based in Canton, Cardiff, originally from West Wales. I started my baking business six years ago during lockdown, turning a lifelong passion for baking into a small business. After moving to Cardiff a year ago, I rebranded and began a new chapter, bringing my homemade bakes to a wider community.

I specialise in handcrafted cakes, brownies, cookies, and seasonal sweet treats, all made in small batches using quality ingredients. What I enjoy most is creating bakes that bring people together and seeing customers return for their favourites time and time again.

I'm most proud of building my business from the ground up and growing a loyal customer base through word of mouth. If one product represents what I do best, it's my brownies – rich, indulgent, and baked from scratch with the same care that goes into everything I make.
