Cultural Reset

My name is Akhil Rajesh, founder of Cultural Reset, a newly established food business specialising in authentic Indian street food with a modern edge. Based in Cardiff, Cultural Reset was born from my passion for bold flavours, cultural storytelling, and years of experience managing and delivering successful food events across a range of venues for other companies. After running numerous events and recently hosting two successful pop-ups at local cafés and pubs, I’m excited to bring my own concept to life. What I enjoy most is creating food that sparks conversation and offers something genuinely different to the local food scene and providing authetic indian flavour as it should be. Our signature street-food-style dishes best represent what we do- vibrant, flavour-driven, and unlike anything else in the city.
