Hi, I'm Will, and my borderline-obsessive love for sandwiches led me to start a street food stall. I was making epic homemade pickles for my customers, but at home I was stuck with bland, mass-produced jars from the shops.

I thought, “Why is it so hard to find a pickle with personality?”

That question inspired me to create PICKLEBITS — unapologetically flavourful pickles made with amazing, organic ingredients. The brand is built on a simple promise: food should never be boring.

At our stall, you’ll find jars bursting with colour and character, crafted to liven up everything from sandwiches to salads. We’re proud to be part of Cardiff Farmers Markets, sharing our love of good food with the community.
