The Grindfather Coffee

I run The Grindfather Coffee, a premium mobile coffee trailer based in Cardiff. We serve barista-style coffee, homemade iced teas. Everything is made with care using freshly roasted beans and a high-quality setup that sets us apart.

The idea came from a deep passion for coffee and a desire to leave behind the 9–5 grind to create something of my own. I’ve worked in the industry for years and always loved the craft — especially perfecting a good flat white.

I take inspiration from specialty coffee culture, customer feedback, and the changing seasons, which often lead to new ideas. What I enjoy most is seeing people genuinely happy with their drink — especially in the mornings!

I’m proud to have built the business from scratch, earning a 5-star hygiene rating and great feedback from customers. While I haven’t collaborated with other traders yet, I’m always open to future opportunities.

If I had to pick one drink that sums up The Grindfather, it would be the flat white — smooth, balanced, and crafted with intention.
