We are a family business combining culinary training and skilled practice, with a joint passion for craft beer and brewing. Creating exciting and innovative flavour combinations in the craft beers produced. At AxelJack Brewery flavour, body and colour are primary considerations for the choice of beer recipes and we always brew thirst quenching, heritage beers in our core range, supplementing this more traditional element with experimentation in our other seasonal beers. Although relatively new to the craft beer market in South Wales our beers are already gaining recognition through positive consumer reviews from both trade and retail sources. We have several collaborative ventures at discussion stage for complementary products to extend the range on offer, while retaining our focus on the sustainable production of quality craft beers. In terms of a signature beer, we would suggest trying the following: Welsh Craft Lager, Welsh Golden Ale or Welsh Pale Ale.
