We aren't interested in awards, we are interested in improving our quality, consistency, skill & sustainability every day. We are open 7 days a week all year. We opened in 2016 with little idea what we were doing or where the plan was other than to make tasty real food. 4.5 years on we have a loyal following of people who appreciate the lengths we go to to source the best simple ingredients and turn them into something truly special.

I most enjoy training up new bakers, and learning new skills in baking. This is an enormous field and you learn something new everyday. Myself and my team are self taught, and it is the most rewarding feeling to see the products we make with the utmost integrity fly off the shelf. I look back at our journey and cannot believe how we have come. It is exciting to see that incremental improvement day by day.

We collaborate with all kinds of other businesses, such as Mr Croquewich a regular fixture at the Riverside Real Food markets. We are inundated with requests on a weekly basis for wholesale, right now we are focussed on getting our bread and products straight to our customers. One day we hope to expand to try and supply more quality bread to restaurants and other producers.

Our house Sourdough is our simplest, and most complex product. That pretty much sums us up... Simple in that our loaf is 100% Sourdough real bread, Organic flour, water & salt. Complex in that our process takes over 3 days passes through at least 3 bakers skilled hands and to achieve the consistency we are after takes true skill.

We work incredibly hard to make it look easy to our customer. They are hugely loyal & we are only here because of them especially this year during the pandemic. Thank you to every one
