Hello Sutmae! I’m Farmer Rob of Carnedward Meats , proud to be providing you good folk with our Longhorn beef , lamb & mutton from our family farm here in the Gwaun Valley North Pembrokeshire .
I am from a family with a farming heritage of many centuries. The land that we have farmed has some of the most beautiful landscapes and lends itself well to our Native pasture based breeds supplying our on farm butchery.
Many folk comment on the 2 hour drive each Sunday to Riverside Market, but as I say we see more folk in one day at Riverside than we do in a month here on our hill farm !So as my ancestors were drovers , I follow in their footsteps (Well kinda as we use a white fridge van now ) .
We do sell online and direct from the farm but enjoy meeting folk directly at farmers markets and food festivals , enabling Carnedward Meats to supply direct to the kitchen table.
