Llandaff North Farmers' Market is our newest market, just set up for a trial period in December 2010 in response to a request from the local Traders Association who felt that such a local farmers' market could bring strong benefits to local residents and businesses. The Market is located in an ideal location, in the car park of The Railway pub right next to the train station and highly visible from the main street. The late afternoon time of opening means that customers can shop there after collecting children from school or on their way home from work, if necessary. Some new stallholders have been able to attend this market, which has added to the diversity of what we are able to offer our customers. Because of very positive feedback the Market will now continue every two weeks on the same day as the ‘sister’ Rhiwbina Farmers Market, to enable farmers from out of town to attend both markets. And if you come and check out the stalls, you can always pop into The Railway for a coffee, or something stronger!
